The night market along Lt. Guillermo St. in Cogon, Cagayan de Oro City comes alive at dusk as food vendors lay out a dizzying array of street food, from balut to pancit, doughnuts to lechon. The street keeps its bustle well into the night, with Kagay-anons from all walks of life enjoying the fare, which can go as cheap as 15 pesos per serving (in the case of pancit bihon).
