Despite the explosions that rocked three municipalities of Lanao del Norte the day before the February 6 plebiscite, voters still trooped to the polling places in large numbers.
The province voted on the proposal to include 6 of its 22 municipalities in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
