Business establishments in Linamon, Lanao del Norte, which is adjacent Iligan City, close shop by 5:30 p.m. starting Saturday (24 June 2017) until further notice as mandated by the local government as part of its precautionary measures with the brewing crisis in nearby Marawi City. Mercury Drug in the poblacion area, which usually closes at 9 p.m., already has its metal shutters rolled down by 5:38 p.m., except for the main door while waiting for the last customers to go out.
