Despite heavy rains, members of the Cagayan de Oro Press Club light candles at the Press Freedom monument on Thursday (June 23, 2016) to remember the Ampatuan Massacre that happened on Nov. 23, 2016 in Ampatuan, Maguindanao. They signed a resolution urging incoming President Rodrigo Duterte and his Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II to bring justice to the 58 victims of the carnage, 32 of whomm were media workers.
