Kabacan Flooding

People living along the Cotabato-Davao national highway in Barangay Kayaga, Kabacan, North Cotabato evacuate to higher grounds due to flooding on June 15, 2013.



 Gov. Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza said a total of 10,270 families were affected by floods that submerged 26 villages in the towns of Carmen, Kabacan, Matalam, Mlang, President Roxas and Tulunan when rivers overflowed starting Friday evening.
