DAVAO CITY (MindaNews/ 22 Oct) – A Muslim who graduated summa cum laude from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology topped the metallurgical engineer licensure examination given last October 16, the Professional Regulation Commission announced Friday.
Engineer Dahr Tur M. Silao obtained a rating of 88.60%.
Second placer Charmaine Rainog Pangilinan of UP-Diliman got a rating of 84% while Hans Dominic Aldaba Angelo of the same school obtained 83.
95% to place third.
