m. advisory.
Caraga comprises the provinces of Agusan del Sur, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Surigao del Norte and Dinagat Islands.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast to northwest will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough, Pagasa said. (MindaNews)
