It is one of the major activities of the Diyandi Festival in the runup to the feast of Iligan’s patron saint on September 29. Brought to Iliganons by the City Government, Hulma: Iligan Creatives Collective, Eskrima O mga Wata, Diyandi Original Ilaya, Kuri-Kuri Local, and MarRos Cocina.
