SCENIC STREET FOOD STRIP. Street food lovers in Iligan City now have a new go-to place: at Barangay Ubaldo Laya along the new Circumferential Road 3 (C3), situated in the mountain overlooking part of downtown.

It offers a beautiful view of the sunset at Iligan Bay.
