Bangsamoro women deliver their message of support to the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) drafted by the Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC) outside the Shariff Kabunsuan Cultural Center in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao compound in Cotabato City on 15 February 2018 during the “public hearing and consultation” on the BBL conducted by the House committees on Local Government, Muslim Affairs and Peace, Reconciliation and Unity.
