The Coalition of Lanao Utility Transport for Change (CLUTCH) joins the nationwide transport strike Monday (27 February 2017) as public utility drivers gather at the highway in Tambo, Iligan City and a few other areas in the city. Transport groups are opposing the move to phase out old jeepney units and requiring a minimum of P7-million capital for an operator to go into the business with at least 10 units.
