Residents watch the presidential debate on a huge TV screen in Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro City Sunday (21 February 2016). Organizers of the “PILIPinas Debates 2016” only allowed limited access to the debate venue at  at the Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro City, forcing residents to watch it on outdoor TV or shopping malls.
