A makeshift bamboo raft ferries commuters plying the Davao-Agusan highway on Sunday (12 January 2014). A portion of the highway at Barangay Tapia, Montevista town in Compostela Valley was inundated after a low pressure area dumped heavy rains in Southern Mindanao.
