Passengers mill outside the departure area of the Davao International Airport on Monday awaiting announcement on resumption of flights.

Incoming and outgoing flights were canceled Sunday evening after a Cebu Pacific Air flight from Manila veered off the runway. All 165 passengers on board were safe but  flights to and from Davao City couldn’t resume as  the aircraft remained stuck as of 11;30 a.
