A mother and her children in Barangay Nasapian, Carmen, North Cotabato pick shelled corn cobs to collect the remaining grains for poultry feeds as well as to earn money. Nasapian is one of the 39 barangays in North Cotabato that vote Yes in the 2001 plebiscite.
