Davao’s Cacao Industry

03cacao3Jover Onas, a worker at the Cocoa Foundation of the Philippines’ Cacao Agribusiness Zone Center in Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City makes sure that the cacao beans are evenly spread on the solar dryer. The beans will be dried for five days before it is sorted and processed into chocolate and other products.
