PHILIPPINE-MADE FIREPOWER. Different firearms popularly called “paltik” and made in Danao City, Cebu was seized at the Surigao port on Saturday, August 6, 2011. The owner, Marilag Security Agency, failed to present proper documents for the shippment of the firearms.
