ABUSE OF POWER. So you think this beautiful villa built in Barangay Overview in Quezon town, Bukidnon is privately owned. This villa was built by the Department of Public Works and Highways and its chief, Secretary Hermogenes Ebdane.
Its gates are closed making the villa inaccessible to the public and tourists who could have enjoyed the fabulous view of Bukidnon.
