ILIGAN CITY (MindaNews / 28 Nov) – As Tropical Storm “Queenie” exits the country past Palawan, a Low Pressure Area is also incoming, spotted at 480 km east of General Santos as of 4 p.m. Friday, the weather bureau reported.

m. public weather forecast that “Mindanao, Eastern and Central Visayas will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.”
Elsewhere in the country, particularly Western Visayas, Bicol Region and the province of Palawan will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms, PAGASA reported. “Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms,” it added.
PAGASA said that as of 5:55 p.m., “light to moderate with occasional heavy rains” was affecting portions of Zamboanga del Sur, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Compostela Valley, Davao City, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, North Cotabato, General Santos City, Sarangani, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Sur and Surigao del Norte.
