The state weather bureau added Mindanao’s eastern seaboard (Surigao, Dinagat Island, Siargao and Davao Oriental) will experience strong to gale force winds with waves estimated at 3.4 to 4.5 meters in height.
Pagasa predicted that rains and thunderstorms will continue to prevail in Mindanao until Sunday.
