The hunt for what the military calls remnants of the Islamic State-inspired Maute group in Lanao del Sur has displaced close to 2,000 families from four towns of the province. They evacuated to Marugong town where they are experiencing difficulty in accessing water supply and sanitary facilities, according to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
