Neglected by past administrations, the J.R. Borja Memorial Hospital is left rotting and dilapidated. Its hospital staff has to contend with antiquated medical equipment to serve the less fortunate sectors in Cagayan de Oro. This essay enters the hospital’s dark corridors to see how neglect has affected its services.
