Authorities have temporarily opened on December 2, 2023 a portion of the still unpaved highway underpass being built in General Santos City to help ease a perennial traffic jam during the Holidays. The underpass is set to be completed in November 2025. MindaNews photo by ROMMEL G. REBOLLIDO
