Michael Emoricha, 37, a former OFW working in Singapore, was stranded in his hometown during the Covid-19 pandemic and decided to establish a permaculture farm and resort in Barangay Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. He reinvented the tuba (coconut wine) into “Severine Wine,” a concoction of blue ternatea, stevia and fermented coconut sap.
