Residents from the interior village of Luayon in Makilala, North Cotabato arrive at the Malasila Elementary School along the national highway Friday morning (1 November 2019) ferried by a government truck to seek safer grounds. They live only a few kilometers from the epicenter of the magnitude 6.5 earthquake just the day before.
