With a budget of Php6 billion, it is supposed to be bigger than the Philippine Arena of the Iglesia ni Cristo in Bulacan and will even become the biggest indoor arena in the world once completed, with a seating capacity of 70,000. Began in 2012, construction will be completed in 2025.
