Police officers stand beside newly-delivered motorcycles during the turnover of 23 4×4 light personnel carriers (Toyota Hilux), 44 motorcycles,3 utility trucks at the the Police Regional Office-11 headquarters in Davao City on Monday (26 February 2018).
