Philippine Coast Guard personnel monitor the Davao Gulf amid rough waters brought by Tropical Storm ‘Vinta’ on Thursday, December 21.

The PCG has cancelled the trips of passenger vessels plying Davao City-Samal and Talicud Island routes.
