A house and a vehicle damaged by rampaging floodwaters, rocks and boulders in Barangay Kormatan, Madalum, Lanao del Sur, when Severe Tropical Storm Vinta passed on 22 December 2017.
The scene is reminiscent of the debris flow that happened in Barangay Andap, New Bataan town in Compostela Valley when super typhoon Pablo struck it on 4 December 2017.
