The extra bright moon as seen in Iligan City at 6:23 p.m. Monday (14 November 2016). This “supermoon” reportedly appears 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter as the full moon coincides with the moon being closest to Earth on its orbit. The moon was last seen like this in 1948, and again in 2034.
