Flanked by his generals in Butig, Lanao del Sur, President Rodrigo Duterte offers the Maute group and MILF commander Abduhraman Macapaar alias Commander Bravo the olive branch of peace in Butig town, Lanao del Sur on Tuesday (30 Nov2016). Duterte however said the gesture of peace is not finite and urged the rebels to talk peace or else he will respond harshly.
