Farmers and town officials of Kabacan in North Cotabato show the rats they caught in the farms Thursday (28 January 2016). The local government unit has offered a reward of 50 kilos of rice in exchange of 500 rat tails in the LGU’s campaign to mitigate the effects of the El Niño phenomenon.
