Mountaineers arrive at the Francisco Bangoy International Airport in Davao City from Manila on Friday morning, November 6 with their backpacks wrapped  in plastic, trashbag and rain covers to avoid being victimized by the “laglag-bala” scheme at the Manila airport.

 The mountaineers plan to scale Mount Apo via Kidapawan City.
