Residents of Hinaplanon in Iligan City monitor the rising water of Mandulog River as Typhoon Seniang battered Northern Mindanao on Monday (29 Dec 2014). They are standing on what is left of Mandulog Bridge I, which collapsed as rampaging flood waters and thousands of logs from the mountain battered the bridge’s foundations during Typhoon Sendong three years ago.
