M/V Maharlika 4, a sister ferry of the ill-fated M/V Maharlika 2 and also plying the Surigao City-Liloan, Southern Leyte route has been suspended by the Marine Industry Authority since Monday for major deficiencies in as far as seaworthiness is concerned.
