James “Jimmy” Fong, 26, a dispatcher from Iligan City, had a motorcycle accident in 2008 which led to a leg amputation. Assisting motorists park their cars in city streets, as seen in this picture taken Tuesday afternoon (9 Sept 2014) has been his source of livelihood since his recovery.
