Maranao and Christian residents from the 12 barangays of the municipality of Matungao, Lanao del Norte compete in a dance competition Monday (16 June 2014) during the first ever Singkil Festival held in the province as Matungao celebrates its 65th founding anniversary from June 16-20. Matungao is one of the oldest towns of the province, which already existed even before Lanao was divided into two provinces.
