Fr. Rodolfo Encabo says a prayer for the slain victims of Typhoon Sendong at Mandulog Bridge during Kalag-kalag on Nov. 1. The bridge collapsed as thousands of logs from the mountains  carried by floodwaters via the Mandulog River, battered the structure Dec. 16-17 last year. Hundreds of Iliganons perished in the worst disaster to hit the city.
