WINNERS.Brothers Cresanciano and Gerald Sabal of Team Bebang won the 2nd International Boulder Face Challenge on Sunday. The Sabal brothers, both enlisted personnel of the Philippine Army, outpaced their opponents in a race involving four disciplines — mountain biking, trekking, water tubing and running — from Sta.
