A woman lies unconscious at the barangay hall of dado, Alamada town, North Cotabato on Saturday, May 21. She is in need of medical attention after she had a miscarriage after seeing a “hilot” last Wednesday.
Her neighbors brought her down the mountains but flash floods delayed their travel and they had to stay at the barangay hall.
