Fruit bats flock on the wall of Monfort Bat Cave in Samal Island.  The Guinness Book of World Records has cited the Monfort Bat Colony as the world’s largest colony of fruit bats (Rousettus Amplexicaudatus) with an estimated 1.8 million bats inside the 24-hectare Monfort property in the island.
