Soladita Kinumpas, Datu Alfredo Ganinay and Johnni Gelohan have their heads shaved on Tuesday to dramatize their demand for the revocation of the Free and Prior Informed Consent granted by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples to a rancher in Kibawe, Bukidnon. The lumads staged the shaving of their heads in front of the
regional office of the NCIP in Cagayan de Oro City.
