LEGACY. Aside from billboards announcing this project is “through the initiative of” House Speaker Prospero Nograles, there are also road markers such as this (locals refer to it jokingly as lapida or headstone/tombstone markers) stuck at the entrance of an alley at the NHA Housing in Ma-a.
