DAVAO CITY (MindaNews/13 July) –   A consensus on the contentious issues  on the Annex on Wealth-Sharing was finally achieved by the Philippine government (GPH) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in  Kuala Lumpur at around 10:40 p.

m. Saturday and signing is expected in a few minutes.

Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Teresita Quintos-Deles who is in Kuala Lumpur, told MindaNews that  the panels are just “cleaning up text of the annex for signing.”
