MALAYBALAY CITY (MindaNews/24 June) — The City Government of Malaybalay cited as one of its achievements the putting up of both manual and computerized systems of doing business in the city, based on the Transition Management Plan prepared by the outgoing administration.
The city government outlined under the organizational and administrative transition report that they put up the Integrated Revenue Generation System (IRGS) to promote transparency and accountability in the city’s financial group.
