Members of the Scene of Crime Investigators found a letter which reads “Ma, pasaylu-a ko, dili ko na kaya ang problema. Ikaw nang bahala sa bata”(Ma, forgive me, I can not bear the burden anymore. Take care of our child).
The letter was addressed to the child’s mother whom she talked with the day before the incident.
Members of his family said he was giving sustenance to his child through the same woman.
Anton, a neighbor, described Ulan-ulan as a silent guy who seemed to be problematic.
