For the first time since President Rodrigo Duterte assumed office, his daughter Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio attended the send-off ceremony at the Davao International Airport Monday, 10 April 2017.
The President left for state visits to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar and will be back on April 16.
