Bukidnon voted 7-3-2 in favor of GO

Juan Miguel Zubiri, made him number one among the Senate 12 but overall, the province went for the opposition at 7-3-2, seven from the Genuine Opposition, three from Team Unity, and two independent bets, according to the final provincial count from the Commission on Elections here.

Zubiris firm up control over Bukidnon

Gov. Jose Ma. R. Zubiri, Jr. won over lone opponent, three-termer 1st district representative Juan Nereus Acosta with a margin of at least 250,000. Zubiri got 323,238 votes.
