GENERAL SANTOS CITY (MindaNews/12 May) —
  From P9.9 million  to P29.4 million.


Zamboanga City registered nearly 300%
  increase in revenues from business permits for the period January 2 to 20 this year.


Jaime Voltaire Faustino, executive assistant to Mayor Celso Lobregat, told MindaNews that their revenue increased when they waived the submission of a locational clearance, a requirement for the issuance of a permit.
