Mark Jeoffe, of the International Rafting Federation, explains on Saturday (14 June 2014) how the inflatable raft capsized after hitting a huge boulder along the Cagayan de Oro River, sending its passengers into the murky waters during an accident a day earlier, on Friday the 13th. Raft passenger Aizza Calipusan Balbin, a nurse from Loboc, Bohol, is still missing. Beside Jeoffe is Mayor Oscar Moreno, who is mulling to suspend all white water rafting tours along the river.
